CANADA (crazy) its not that far, I've been there but they charged me 11.00 bucks to ship a pen. A PEN!!!!!!!!!! And ever since I've just been very overwhelmed with shipping international... So I have put I will not ship international but I will if the winner who lives out of the states pay the shipping. And that's all I can do, so please don't ask if I will ship free international because your answer will ALWAYS be NO!!!! This is a plastic bear in which he is wearing a hoodie vest and holing a basketball!!!! It's very cute and I've had it sitting alone for 8 yrs and he really needs a friend.
