Up for consideration here, my fellow Listians, is a nice naturalistic, BRACELET, made from natural wood panels joined with elastic bands, and separated by wooden beads between panels. Each panel has been lovingly decorated by application of a religious icon, and then deep decoupaged to give it a glossy antique look. Each bracelet includes a full dozen panels, with icons ranging from Jesus, The Virgin Mary and a selection of saints. Each bracelet has 1 Jesus teaching and 1 Jesus on the Cross. These bracelets are a form of Rosary, and I guess will have more of an impact among Catholics who will be familiar with both, the Saints, and the concept of a Rosary. Any person of FAITH, however will see value in these, as an avenue to keeping your faith a visible and tangible all the time affair. So, there you go, have at it. Hi Goat, I can't speak to POLISH, as there's no mention of polih. All of the little wooden panels, however, have received a coat of hi-gloss paint (asst. colors), front, back and edges. On the outward faces of each panel, an IMAGE has been carefully decoupaged, and a coat of clear coat applied to seal it. They MAY have used the clear-coat sealer overall, aaai can't tell, as it's CLEAR. I assume you inquire because you're worried about the possibility of an allergic reaction to the polish(?), to which I can tell you that when I first acquired these, I gifted one to my Sister who is a person of Faith, and enjoys her adornment sharing that characteristic. She's been wearing it every time I've seen her since, and has reported no issues with skin reaction, etc. (and, her skin is tvery reactive to allergens). And before you ask, NO, I didn't deliberately use her as a test subject, lol. Rather, I often buy lots with her in mind, since I know her preferences, and usually, if she likes it it's popular across a good population. You are correct! My skin is very fragile and somewhat gets angry at even lotion. (That's okay though, I don't like lotion anyhow!) Thank you for the elaborate information about the gloss that was applied it helped a lot, and I am looking forward to perhaps winning! Also thank you for letting me know about your sisters non-reaction to her skin. Hopefully mine doesn't flare up! I've had 'well water' bring out hives in me. Have a wonderful blessed day!

You're quite welcome!! UIt's no fun to run around with a hive-like reaction! And, as for tap water, We invested, recently in a reverse osmosis water filtration system, and I learned just a bit about tap water. Mine, straight out of the tap has around 650 PPM (parts per million) of STUFF in it. and the water company isn't required to tell you what the STUFF is or to regulate it past a certain point! All I can say is that since we installed th RO system, I drink water again. And there's no longer an odd odour to the water, and it doesn't leave a film behind on the glass, etc. It doesn't surprise me, at all, to hear that you got an allergic reaction from some component of the STUFF in YOUR water.
