these are from a tree that sprouted up all by itself in my yard down near Key West, FL

Slow to germinate about a month & then they take off. Start in a pot then transplant when it's about a foot tall. Prefers to be in the ground or a really big pot.

Possibly but it is a native tropical fruit. They grow wild here. You would need lots of direct sunlight to keep soil warm.
