if you click in the top right corner on your picture click the "my account" option then scroll down and on the left in the option bar it will have a "verify my account" option just click on that and fill out what it asks you to such as bank account (doesnt charge you anything) Phone number (it will send a code to your phone and you enter it in the box) twitter, and theres a few more.... by doing this fellow Listians feel more confident in bidding on your items because you verify that your not using this account as a scam. Hope i helped :)
