What is your birthstone? I may make a set of earrings in your birthstone and offer it here if you like. I know you like BIG earrings, so the stone would likely be a simulant.

These are the real thing...they are cab grade with a clouded presentation, but oh-so-pretty set off with the silver. I made a set similar to these in ruby for all of my grandaughters and a few neices. The silver findings are fairly expensive for their size and the aquamarine is also in this grade... but they are "real" and they help teach the younger generation responsibility.

One of my grand daughters had her ears pierced when she was 11, Another had hers pierced as an infant, and the oldest had hers done when she was 6. The hard part is the initial treatment of the wound until it heals.

I had my ears pierced at age 11 also. I have heard of infants getting their ears pierced, but I know my 2 girls would have constantly grabbed at their ears if theirs were pierced. My birthstone is Topaz/Citrine (November). :)

I have some nice white topaz rounds and ovals ranging from 1 to 4 carats that make stunning earrings. I'll look into buying some findings if you want. I'll cut you a dealers price for the stones and let you have the silver for cost. Interested? I'll send photos of the stones and give a link to the findings.
