it comes with a charger,.it's by T-Mobile Samsung, yes it works and it is pre paid...when I had it definitely was prepaid

LOL SDrah you can get a NEW phone for way less Than $100 go online serach amazon, E bay or run to nearest walmart great NEW phones when you get 2 year contract the phones are almsot free decent samsung phone for $32 wifi with camera and video recorder plus record any song you want and make that your ringtone!
