USED Generic Diaper Sprayer.

Technically, it wasn't used; it didn't fit the pipe in our old house. The second image is battle damage from my husband's wrench.

Yes, all the pieces are shown in the first picture. We didn't open the package with the wall (or side of toilet) piece. There are instructions, but I lost them. I just requested another set from the person I bought this from. I'll update when I receive them. Thanks :)
