This skirt is marked a 2T, but I feel it is a bit large and should fit a 2T/3T. This is a great skirt, which I have upcycled by adding a gorgeous bandana butterly and crochet flower detailing! The skirt is complete with a ruffle hem. Just add a red, white, or blue t and your little girl will have the cutest twirling skirt for the 4th of July and into summer.
