It was bought from a store, used. I watched this exact copy and it plays totally fine. The top (label) portion of the disc is heavily scratched. The data portion of the DVD is partially scratched. There were no load delays or stuttering effects and it was tested in a DVD player that will find fault with bad DVDs.
