The listing, Occupied Japan, Woman Praying By A Well, Antique Ceramic Planter has ended.

This is a very old ceramic hand painted planter made in "Occupied Japan". The lovely lady in a red kerchief and blue flowy dress is kneeling with her basket of orange fruit, near a stone well. She is praying to what looks like a birdhouse, but is actually a shrine with the images of Mary kissing the baby Jesus! This vintage planter is in excellent condition, with no chips, crazing or cracks at all! There are a few tiny spots where some paint is missing, but this is very minor. A beautiful and unusual religious treasure. This planter measures 4.25" wide x 4" deep x 5" tall. Thank you for bidding! Verified Listians only please. :)

F & W this should go very high as anything with occupied japan is worth a lot of $$$$ had 3 lil trinkets a table and two people to sit at it took it to the antique store here and sold it for $200.00 you might want to have it appraised :)

I sure hope so! Meanwhile there are no bids on it yet! :/ I have seen so many marked "Japan", but this is the first that I have ever seen marked "Occupied Japan", I though that was pretty cool! Thank for watching and fanned back! :)
