This is a bayonet that attached to the front of rifles. Its in original condition and comes with the original scabbard.

not sure on that one but there are a few stamps on the piece. one on blade that says "TERNI" one near handle that's a number B94343 and what I believe looks like a IN stamp by handle but pretty worn though. Hope this helps :)

I did some checking for you TERNI was an italian company that made these wood handle bayonets. The year is still unknown but def wwii era. Pretty collectable one just closed on ebay for 75.00

what is the over all length and how long is the blade ?

the overall length is about 17 1/2 inches the blade itself about 12 inches
