I bought a blender and started buying fresh fruit I make a cup of fresh fruit smootie from low fat yogurt and fresh fruits for breakfast. Then for lunch I eat 1 can of Campbell's soup and 4 crackers and for dinner grilled or baked meat and veggies. For a snack 1 pack of 100 calorie cookies. I have stopped all soda. I eat more now than I used to when I drank soda all day. I have not exercised at all just normal daily activities. :)

It has a lot of give. No I haven't when I bought it I knew it would fit because of the stretch. I'm a size 10 now But was a 3x when I got this in January . I hope that helps it really is a beautiful corset.
