The listing, PLUMERIA SEEDS!! #10 has ended.
Lovely and fragrant pink Plumeria Tree seeds. The seeds came from the tree in my front yard. These flowers are so incredibly fragrant, I lived in Maui for 2 years and these trees were everywhere and when they were blooming the air was thick with their intoxicating fragrance!!
Sorry I should probably know more about these since I'm listing them. When my tree first started giving off seed pods I was amazed! They were the weirdest looking things. Then when they opened, I thought oh I'll bet people would live seeds, so I began listing some and people started asking all these questions, none of which I knew the answer to!!! Felt like a goof!! So I went online and learned what I could so i could answer, also some other kind listians helped as well. Some mentioned that they had trees up north, they kept them in a pot in a sunny window, and when summer came they put them outside. Others just kept them inside all year around. Apparently they can do quite well indoors provided they get enough sun. I think it would be nice to have them inside especially when they bloom, the fragrance is to die for!!! I am forever bringing in flowers do I can smell them.
Hi, I live in Florida. A friend gave me some cuttings. I forgot about them for about 2 months outside on the porch during our winter last year. Early this spring I planted them in a pot outside. To my surprise they are now blooming very beautifully. They are easy to care for. F&W
Yes they are. In fact when you get cuttings you are supposed to let them "scar" on the cutted end or ends. It's not absolutely necessary as I've had fresh cuttings before and stuck them in the ground & they grew just fine. I read about letting the cuttings dry out when I was researching how to make cuttings, as my tree needs to be cut back & wanted to know how to do it right because several people who've bid on my seeds before mentioned interest in cuttings. But yeah they're real easy. Thanks Diane : )
