Medalion From a 1940"s Button Box! It has two Button Holes in the Back But it also has a loop at the top for you to attach a Cord or Chain ! It has a GREEN DESIGN And I believe it it Brass(I cleanedit up with Brass cleaner and it did the JOB>Its gold Color! The back it slightly scratched. Nice conversation Piece! Very Unusual(It it Lightweight.
