These cards were sent to dealers to try and get them to purchase the sets in large quantities. They are scarce.

Questions & Comments

Actually they were inserted into the Legends Magazine every month. Legends themselves never made a card set outside of the inserts in their own magazine. I know this becuz I have a complete run of the magazines and therefore, have all the cards, including this one.
