What is the condition? Is it scratched up -- I couldn't tell from the photo if it was scratched or had a textured surface?

it does have some small scratches because it is used but the majority of what you see in the first pics were fingerprint smudges and cleaned up well.

it does have some very small scratches from handling and storage. most of what you see in the pic are fingerprints/smudges but they cleaned up nicely
