It doesn't say what brand it is. It attaches by attaching the washers to the phone or camera and it is magnetic so it can be taken off when not using.

It should work on the iphone, I wasn't able to get it to work right on my blackberry but that might be since I don't really know much about installing the lens. I have seen other people have this type of lens on their phone and it works.
