Is it stretchy? I'm 5'2 where do you think it would come on my body ?

I wouldn't say its a stretchy material overall (its 100% polyester) but the waist band does seem to have a lot of stretch to it. I'm also 5'2" so I just uploaded a 3rd picture that shows where it comes to (which is a bit over the knees).
