Verify your address thru Listia using a credit card, telephone number or a debit card. When you verify, that supposedly proves that you are who you say you are. Go to your profile and scroll down on the left side of your screen to verification. Follow instructions. If you win an auction and you are verified, all you have to do is click on the ad page to forward your address to the seller.
