Cool auction but I don't think you're allowed to not give the game to the winner if the winner's below 17. I agree that children shouldn't play this game but the 17+ on the game case is just a suggestion. I got the game when I was 15. It's a really great game.

Thanks, and Yes, I can refuse to give it to the winner IF he/she is under 17. and because I made that a stipulation in the description. Also, video game content rating systems are used as the basis for laws that cover the sales of video games to minors. I am NOT the kind of person to give such adult content to minors. So, if all you really wanted to say was you disagree with the description then you really don't care about what content a kid gets if one was to win this. I also care less if you got it when you were 15. Pointless info. Thanks for commenting.

Alright. I don't mean to sound rude but I know that the content rating affects the sale of video games. Listia uses credits and not legal tender. As such, saying that laws affect the sale of such video games to minors isn't really meaningful. How exactly do you know if the winner is 17+ or not? Even if you do ask that the winner sends his/her identification, how are you sure that it's even the winner's identification? If you really do care about who plays the game wouldn't your best option be to make the winner pay shipping with Paypal? Next, you say that the game has strong sexual content when Listia's rules prohibit "sexually explicit material." How's that not against the rules. Going back to the issue of what's in the description, is it alright if someone puts an item on here and puts in the description: "for people between the ages of 52 and 54 or for those 100+ ONLY or credits will be lost?" Violent video games are illegal in Australia why what if someone in Australia wins? I do not mean to sound rude. Thanks for reading this.

Why do you even care to argue about this, honestly, it is what it is, get over it. You also need to reread the rules. If you detest this that much then bugger off and leave me and my auctions alone. You need not worry about anything at all because all in all this does not effect you. So please no more harassment. Besides, your not making a very good argument; like you think you are. Most of points you are trying to make are just you rambling on trying to find a point to make. Plus, I don't ship over seas. Legal tender or not credits are a currency on this site. Oh good I am glad I passed.. I have a facebook and a paypal so if I need to be looked at I can send a invite on facebook would send a picture of Id but my camera took a dive in a cup a coffee.
