One of the delivery options that a seller can set when creating an auction is called Digital Delivery. So that you get better results with your auction and it's more clear to your bidders, please select that option in your future listings when the item will be delivered to the winner digitally, such as via email. The only problem with that is Listia made it so that people can filter out auctions with digital delivery so I will get fewer people visiting my auction.
