I really wasn't sure what they where called, but a watcher told me she collected these type of boxes and called them Lomois Hinged Boxes. I am still not clear, but I just took her word for it and call this box what she suggested. I really need to look it up on the net and find out. Or I may have just miss spelled what she told me.

No cracks or chips. But it does not say Lomois on the bottom. I have no idea what these are called. I will just say small glass like hinged box. snaps shut.
