No this is for getting into a computer that has a windows password that is unknown or forgoting , your best bet would be to wipe the hard drive clean and reinstall your OS if possible

You should go through your programs in your control panel and get rid and delete whatever programs you don't use.

I would also download Malwarebytes free and run it.

Open up the ccleaner and run the registry fix also, if you haven't already .

It may be slow going erasing some of those programs but , believe it helps.

I changed my password on win. xp pro, worked fine for a while then ran spybot and I think it totally screwed up my registry somehow cuz after that I couldn't log on anymore, not with my old password/user name or the new! Will it work for this? I don't want to lose all of my files on the computer!

yes it will bypass the password, if thats what your trying to get passed. but if spybot screwed up your registry, there may be some other underlying problems aswell. this should get you in to atleast recover all your data and files. but honestly you might have to wipe clean and reinstall eventually.

thanks just to be clear I'm talking about Spybot Search and Destroy not spyware or anything like that, I think I screwed up and when I ran a scan I just clicked on "fix all" instead of reading all of the items it detected, one of them being "fix recent changes to the registry", anyways with that being said for some reason now my old and new user names and passwords don't work at all, really sucks- lol... Do you think it can get me past that? Will I be able to log on normally to windows after using the disk or will I need advanced computer knowledge to recover my data and files?

It'll get you pass the passwords but the recovery of your data and files may be difficult

Why do you say that? Isn't the password my only problem if that is all that was screwed up?

What I'm saying is it will get you pass the windows password , as long as when your erased you registry that it didn't damage your files you'll be fine.
