Very unique metal necklace. I don't really know much about it other than it has been sitting in my jewelry box for awhile. It is slightly adjustable to be worn as a choker or a bit looser. The brand name is Napier.

I looked up Napier Jewelry and it is a brand that is sold at Kohl's. I don't know where else or anything else about it. F & W
