If it is called TLC, that mean sit needs to be repaired, cleaned or both. Sometimes I will offer New Clothing/Shoes/Accessories from Dolls I have deboxed that I don’t need. The items listed are in good to excellent used shape with some signs of use and wear. It is in played with condition and not in pristine condition
