this is truly a simple fix, the jack you plug your power supply into, has a loose soldier joint, pain in the azz to take apart but easy fix,

hey watchers have the same issue with the laptop i am on(in reference to the power port) its about a $120ish fix if done at a shop, might be a bit lower depending on where you live. But there is an easy fix, buy a universal charger set(about $60) and you can most likely bypass the power port issue...works for the toshiba i am using now, and the dell i had the same issue with...hope that helps...@michealdoe1 good luck, will fan and watch :)
