Hi Shannon, I wouldn't have anyway of knowing. I'm sorry. It would depend on what size you normally wear, how you like your clothes to fit (lose tight), how much you weigh (where the weight is), what size breasts you have, if you want your dresses to be ankle, knee or shorter length, if youre short or long waisted. There's a lot to guess with. The most important thing with this size medium is just under your breast, what that measurement is. This measures about 32 inches in the chest (all the way around). From that point down, it's full. Take me for example, I wear a size large-extra large. It won't fit me around (at the bottom of the sequins, under the breast line) but the rest of it will fit me. One of my daughters wears an extra small, and it's too big for her up top but the rest would fit her fine too. I hope I've helped a little. If you wear a medium size dress normally, it'd probably be fine :) I'd check your bra or measure yourself (chest around) just to be on the safe side before you bid :) Good luck!
