This thing is very cool, if you never had one i suggest you bid very high, it's a simple fish made from a cellophane like stuff, when you place him in your hand he will do a dance or flip around or maybe lay dead!, there's a chart on the back that you can have fun with but I don't consider it accurate.

in the picture you see the white envelope the fish is tucked inside it. he's probably 4 inches long
