This is a binder of 30 collectible 22-karat gold-plated foil proof replicas of US stamps from the Postal Commemorative Society. The actual stamp is in the upper right corner of the envelopes, with the gold-plated foil replica under a plastic window on a velvet card. Each comes with an information card about the stamp and the thing depicted in it. All of the stamps are in First Day Of Issue envelopes and all are in excellent condition! The binder is also in excellent condition. There are 15 empty plastic protector pages left in the binder to accommodate the stamps you've already collected. Stamps included here are:

- "World of Dinosaurs" complete set (15 stamps, 1997, 32-cent)
- "Flowering Trees" complete set (5 stamps, 1998, 32-cent)
