you have already stated free shipping and people have bid believing there is free shipping. I don't think you can change it on them now. I am glad I read the comments b/c I was about to bid and then read the last comment. Cute bag=)

Once you have a bid they won't let you change anything but you can Update which would at least put the downgrading of shipping in the main listing part and people will always read an update as where they might not read the comments.
