They are a size 1 there is a slight difference rhe smaller pair does not light up but they are jus as pretty ...I will list them in a few mins ...

My daughter is 9 and wears a 2 1/2, so these would be about her size. I just want to make sure they are not small girls....The others in a size 1 would be too small.
