are the brushes clean? like no dry paint stuck in them?

2 (the ones furthest to the left) are a little blueish in color because the light colored bristles changed color with paint. They are clean, but have been stained.
3 (the middle brushes) are still very blond in color but have been been stained an orange color toward the metal rim of the brush.
The brush 2nd from the end of the right hand side has never been used and is in new condition.
Lastly, the end brush on the right hand side would look new, but it has a blue stain from oil paint on one side towards the tip.
