Size is extra small. The top measures 10 inches around. The skirt 12 inches around. The skirt includes a small piece of stretch elastic in the front.
I won this on Listia for my little girl Precious but it was too little. It breaks my heart but I decided to give someone else the opportunity for their "baby" to have it. The Listian I won it from stated that it was brand new and was too little for her little girl too.
I am sorry but due to the fact that I am unable to work due to health concerns I am forced to ask for the winner to pay the postage. I use Stamps.com for the exact postage and will let the winner know the amount as soon as I package the item upon having a winning bid. I prefer pay pal but will accept a money order from the post office or well concealed cash. However I must receive payment prior to mailing the package. Thanks for viewing my auction and I hope that someone has a pretty little girl that can wear this adorable outfit.

Sorry to take a little time to answer the last question. I do not know the max wt it would fit, but I am sure it would not fit your 15 lb. baby girl. My little one is a pomapoo and weighs about 10 and it did not fit........so sorry. I wanted mine to be able to wear it too. Thanks for stopping by. Blessings
