It's 25 minutes of an all over light workout. Warming up your body, stretching,concentrating on isolated movements for arms, hips, buttocks and abs,and using your own resistance to help you get back in shape and slim down while you are at it.Even your back and neck will feel the benefits. There's no jumping or aerobics, nothing too complicated,no weights, just basic moves that will help you look and feel good. The stretches will help you slim down, the isolated muscle movements, and flexes will help you on your way to getting toned, stronger,you'll improve balance, and maybe a bit more flexible with each session. You will also get a very nice ab work-out that is not too strenuous.
Jane Fonda is always an excellent instructor. She will guide you every step of the way. Always reminding you of proper posture, to listen to your body, breathe and go at your own pace. These are the basics, and this is helpful advice has not changed over 20 years. It's all important, to getting the most out of your workout without pushing yourself too hard, and without injury.
