This is a 14kt gold chain anklet which measures 10 1/2 inches, which will sit just below the ankle bone for an average size ankle. If you notice the last pic you will see a pointer at a little ring. I had to have the ring replace as the original was lost. When I found out how much they were going to charge me I was appalled. They then suggested a 14kt gold filled split ring would do the job just fine. So I went with that. It matches perfectly to the rest of the chain. To clarify the little ring is NOT gold plated but gold filled which will last a long time.

The anklet can also be made 1/4 inch smaller by simply removing the flat little connector. Really easy, just slip off the split ring and you are done. (split ring is like a key chain ring).
