Questions & Comments
This sounds like an interesting recipe. Are you a vegan?
Most of the time, trying to go raw. I have plenty of recipes of raw, healthy, tasty, easy to make foods(mayonnaise; "cream cheese"; chocolate candies; pudding etc.etc) I could share if you're interested.
I never heard of the raw vegan feta cheese. I have a lot of books in tne raw food area and do make recioes. I eat a lot of raw vegan food, but still have some cooked items. The good things is that I don't eat any type of meat, seafood, etc. I have a husband that wants cooked foods. I don't have to make any meat for him. He adopted a veggie diet after he had a heart attack. He loved lots of burgers, eggs, etc.
I've been looking for a raw vegan yogurt recipe. I've tried a couple and they were too sweet and most made with nuts.
Thanks for looking. It would be so great if someone could come up with something raw and close to the soy yogurt. When I tried a few recipes they were just way too heavy and very sweet. Their base was a lot of cashews. Do you check out Raw food world and Sun foods sites for raw foods and their newsletters?
I don't buy prepared raw foods I make my own, so I don't really look at their newsletters. If I need a recipe I always look online, you can find everything on raw food blogs and sites. I speak 2 foreign languages so I check the blogs in those languages as well. There are millions of raw vegan and cooked vegan recipe online people share their recipes and suggest each other were to buy the ingredients. If you're interested I could include links to some sites with recipes.
I usually buy the higher grade cashews and nuts from these sites. I like making lots of my own things too. I have found some good recipes on line. Which sites do you like?
