Not sure if I have the best answer for you,(so anyone out there who can be more concise PLEASE jump in here), ..basically when you win an auction you type in your address through the listia prompted email you will receive letting you know that you are the winner. Then the listia system checks and verifies your address and forwards it to me. I read one time that there is another way to pre verify your address so that you aren't having to type it in each time you win an auction. Mine is on file with Listia and I just have to click it when I win opposed to retyping it. I think there is a spot on the main page on the left that allows you to verify your information. It means that people don't message or email their address, because then it doesn't go through Listia and It could be a scammer trying to claim someone elses prize. As long as you type in your true mailing address through the email you receive from listia there shouldn't be any issues. Lordy, i HOPE all that helped and didn't confuse you further :)
