6-10lbs but my youngest DD was 5lbs and it fit her up until she was about 12lbs. Totally depends on the build of the baby. :)

The shell looks new. (we had many of these and some were never worn) the inserts may have a small ebf stain or two but nothing bad. Thanks for your interest.
