Hi fellow Listians. This was my first foray into Jewelry here at Listia, and it was so popular, I brought it back for an encore, lol. Offered up for your consideration is a Bronze Dragonfly measuring 1 1/2" x 1 3/4", on a 24" chain that looks like bronze, but is billed as 'alloy'! The Dragonfly is striking, with open work wings, twin sparklies for eyes and what appears to be a round tourquoise cabochon (but isn't) making up it's thorax ('stone' is sky blue, marbled with a darker blue).

The piece comes on a 24" 'alloy' chain that appears to be 'vintage bronze'.

This piece, while obviously 'costume jewelry', makes no claims to being what it's not, but makes for a very nice accent piece for those who enjoy this sort of 'natural' adornment. I've given these to female friends as Christmas presents, and they never fail to get a positive reaction (and YES, I did catch them wearing the piece out of a weekend) and they didn't just get thrown into a 'junk drawer'!
