I ship USPS, but typically on items with free shipping I don't do tracking because I'm on a budget, but if the winner is absolutley set on it they can pay for the tracking charges or sometimes I pay for it if I have the extra money. Thanks

Actually the tracking is not an extra charge when using the flat rate priority boxes. I know I recently shipped something. They told me that with the flat rate that it was the same price with or without tracking.

I guess so. I've never been offered free tracking and most of my items I don't send in boxes because its a substantial amount of money, like this item can fix into an envelope with tissue paper so that's how it would be sent out, thanks

etang03 when you ship usps priority flat rate boxes. All you have to do is ask for tracking and they will print it on your receipt. It isn't an extra charge. You can actually go online http://postcalc.usps.com/ and see the prices for shipping.
