This item is sealed, but on similar Toy Phones. there are 12 keys. As each is presses, a loud ringing sound is heard and music is played and there is singing , A white light lights inside. There is an 8-inch blue cord attached. It is tricky opening the battery compartment and inserting the 2 cell batteries, but the batteries work.
