so are you telling that the cards are not real Pokemon cards and if so how can you sell fakes on Listia because i believe that is against the rules and a moderator should be notified to remove your auction

The coloring is not right. And as long as i list them as being not being real, there is not rule against that, that i know of. I an being honest about my auction. If you don't want fake cards then don't bid. Thats why i said to read before you bid so everyone would understand what i am giving away. Thank you.

I went to the rules and under prohibited items this is what it says
If your listing disappears, it may have been removed by Listia. I honestly think you are making a big deal over nothing. I am not trying to mislead anyone with my item. I am being completely honest over what i am giving away. I am a single mom and i bought these cards for my son awhile back and any credits i get off of the auction i let him get something else. I appreciate your concern but in not way do i feel i am doing anything wrong. I feel i would be doing something wrong if i didn't say i believe they were fake. Kids still enjoy playing with these cards even if they aren't real Pokemon. I have seen others list fake cards and do exactly as i did but say they are as such. I am not trying to argue about anything. I just feel if someones child wants faker cards what does it matter. Some kids still enjoy collecting them. :)

I will be watching your auction to see what happens with it, my kids bought a bunch of cards at a flea market and I believe they are fake after opening and inspecting them. I'm wanting to throw them away... if someone can enjoy them I would be glad to get rid of. it's disappointing finding fake cards when we've invested a lot of money buying real ones. my kids are so young they don't understand... I plan to explain and treat them to some REAL ones payday :)

Some kids still like the fake ones. My son is just done collecting Pokemon cards so he wants to give his away. And i just am being honest with what they are. I don't want no one disappointed by them, to think they are real but are not. If you decide to give yours away i wish you good luck. Thank you :)
