What do you mean by "finished size"? Of what? The towel? It looks to me like it is 12" by 18" or something like that.

That is coming directly off the package so I would assume that is how large it would be once you have assembled it. This comes in a small package and looks like a miniature dish towl that hangs on a wooden rack.
