The listing, New Without Tags Forever 21 Ruffle Tiered Dress has ended.

New with out tags. Never worn!! Pretty dress, too short on me which is my reason for selling. I couldn't fit the whole photo in the area but its a bit longer than shown in the first photo.

Size Medium:
Approximately 15" across from armpit to armpit (measuring from the bottom of the armpit) and 32" in length from top to bottom.

The starting bid is equivalent to $10. Listia reps told me $1= 1,000 credits. The credits they sell in the store is for PROFIT so How is this a high starting bid when it includes free shipping??

Ok, take some of the free surveys they offer on this site. I took 3 surveys yesterday and received 4169 credits from it. Save them up and you can get something nice on this site. Sorry I can't help more but to be honest I hate offering free shipping since I'm a single student. I do it to help others who can't afford it. But may need nice clothes since i have so much clothes.
