Plus as other benefits, local honey is best but any honey will do; I have learned that honey is good for those who suffer from asthma, brochitis, COPD, chronic bronchitis, emphysema, respitory infection, sinus drainage, and other allergy or breathing related issues. This is in no way meant to substitute a doctor's care & the medication he prescribes.
