the waist is about a 32/33 there is no waist size in them. First time I measured got 32, second 33 sooooo... 32/33

Are these skinny jeans b/c of the fit or are they truly tiny at the bottom too where you where boots over them? They look more straight/boot cut from the picture so just curious. Thanks!! :)
