I wish listia would just make it a little clearer to everyone about there credits.
1000 Credits= $1.00. it's not to hard to figure out. Just go to there rewards store and look at what they're asking for they're items. 175,000 credits is the same as $175.00. Everyone seems to think because listia offers you 16,000 credits for $40.00 that's what credits are worth. That over inflated offer is there to help you get something if you don't have enough credits and you really want the item. And for them to make some money. I've used it a couple times myself. Well listia says they have no monetary value, so we are left to figure out our own system :-) That is a good rule of thumb though.

If you purchase credits 16,000 is 40 dollars. If your item is $352ish then it would only be 144,000 bids. Not 380,000 which is $960 worth of stuff. Just thought I'd let you know.

You have been with listia long enough to know that you never buy credits from Listia :-) They're very high to get you to list stuff for credit instead of buying them. Looking at gift cards gives you a good idea $20 goes for 20k - 25k & $50 goes for 50k - 60k credits $100 goes 105k - 120k.

I understand that, but it is way over priced so you can't base the credits on that. This is not my first ipad mini listing and my other one I started at 499 credits and it ended at 422k.

I wish people would stop saying well listia sells credits 16,000 for $40 who cares when we list our auction we want a specific amount of credits for them because then we can offer FREE SHIPPING because sometimes the shipping cost can be outragious and God knows we spend quite a bit of money on FREE SHIPPING to our fellow listians. And beginning July28 the postal rates are going up again there really is no set amount on the value of credits I look at it this way if you don't want to pay the amount of credits for the specified item then don't move on down the line someone else will benefit from it and leave people alone on the amount they want for their items. after all it isn't real money we are dealing with it is CREDITS unless you do buy credits from listia sorry if I have offended anyone and sorry pageorder for saying this on your auction but I feel that your auction and the amount of credits is great keep it up and have a greatnight

I do wish people would stop saying 1000= $1.00, it simple isn't true. Inngoft cards, etc possible you get that lucky.
If bought $40 =16-17,000.... 1,000 = $4+ dollars.
Also movies, jewelry.
I auctioned a 2 carat Diamond Bracelet & it went to 210,000. It was a $549.00 bracelet. It did not go for 549,000 credits. Depends on item! Thanks! ( this is not tonthe seller) i love your auction & if I had it right now, I'd be bidding!
