This Jailers key ring set is all Brass plated. The ring is heavy duty metal, ¼ inch diameter round brass plated steel construction, it is 3 ½ inches in diameter. It has on it a smaller 1 ¼ inch brass plated double snap key ring and a traditional brass plated police style whistle with a small ball inside, very loud. All is quality construction. *****NOTE: This item is a genuine vintage item from an era when there were no safety standards. It probably contains, or is, a choking hazard, and probably includes other features that are not suitable for children to play with. It is not suitable as a toy for a child to play with!!!
