What does queen size mean?

The chart on the back of the pkg. shows any where from 5 ' 1" thru 6 ' 1" height with a weight of between 180 lbs to 250lbs. So if someone is say...5" 4" tall and weighs 220lbs, Queen size is the correct size. All pantyhose stretches so you'd want to get something that won't be too tight either. Hope this helps!
