The heels are 3 1/2", and im glad that you asked about the size and i do apologize for this, and will refund any credits for this mistake but the sticker says 8 1/2 but when i took a closer look i realized that they must be smaller they are more like a size seven my friend wears a size 7 and i had her try them on and they fit her perfect.. So sorry for this mistake.
